PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Total Party Shop is closed for business on Sundays and Public Holidays, however will endeavour to meet you requirements should deliveries be needed on these days.
In the event that a product is not available The Total Party Shop will substitute a balloon or product of equal or greater value. Please call us for up to date verification of stock.
Balloon Deliveries and On-Site Decor
Any reference to "Same Day Delivery" applies only to orders received that meet our deadlines outlined in our Balloon Bouquets Delivery page.
Please ensure all delivery address details are up to date and correct at time of order.

If incorrect delivery details are placed and a delivery needs to be returned to our shop or re-directed, an additional delivery fee ranging from $10 - $30 will be charged dependant on delivery distances.
We accept special instructions and / or specific dates that you would like your balloons delivered. We will do our best to accommodate these requests within our courier guidelines and delivery schedules. We do use an external courier company for all our deliveries so sometimes a delivery can be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Please be aware that late delivery is not a valid reason to request a refund for your order.
If no one is at the address to accept the order when the courier arrives, the order may be left safely at the delivery address. THE TOTAL PARTY SHOP accepts no responsibility for goods left at the delivery address due to no one at home. A contact mobile phone number for the recipient is very helpful in these circumstances and can often avoid extra delivery delays, costs or goods going missing.
We believe that your goods should arrive looking as great as they did when they leave us. We use a premium courier service that has been selected for their ability to delivery your gift by trained, friendly and professional staff so that your gift arrives in pristine condition. All balloons are inflated moments prior to being shipped and will be transported and delivered in Balloon Transport Bags. This ensures balloons are not knocked around, popped or damaged during their journey.
Should you be concerned that your gift has not arrived at it's schedules time, please contact our office and our staff will be able to tell you exactly where it is!
RETURNS OR REFUNDS
The Total Party Shop is happy to cancel any order placed and refund in full provided we are given a minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to delivery date requested. (E.g. Delivery date requested is 21/12/15, we must be advised by 9am 20/12/15 for full refund to apply) Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice attract a 20% cancellation fee that is non refundable. This will be to cover costs of preparations for your orders that have already been done. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FOR CANCELLATION OF GOODS ONCE BALLOONS HAVE BEEN INFLATED OR INFLATED BALLOONS HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED. In the unlikely event that you feel we have not provided the gift that you have ordered, we will investigate the circumstances and if required, a partial or full refund may be duly issued.
LEGAL CAPACITY TO TRANSACT
Should we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with us.
In accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998, The Total Party Shop recognises the importance of privacy and understands concerns about the security of personal information. We are committed to protecting any personal information that may be obtained through our ordering process. The Total Party Shop will not use personal information submitted via its website for any other purpose, and will not disclose such information to a third party, without your consent.
(Even when someone rings to find out who sent an anonymous gift!!!)

All items advertised on The Total Party Shop website are in stock unless otherwise stated. The Total Party Shop only use quality products. We reserve the right to substitute products that may be unavailable or out of stock, but guarantees the replacement item will always be of equal to or greater value than the original item.
